The Chill Pod, is our smallest and is great for those looking for an entry level ice bath. Ice Bath therapy can assist in the reduction of inflammation after exercise by changing how blood and fluid moves around the body.

Ice bath therapy causes the blood vessels in the blood to restrict and helps to flush out metabolic waste through the body. The Lymph nodes do not have a pump like blood vessels do. The constriction of the vessels once in the Ice Bath are then reversed when the user exits and this opening and closing simulates a pump.
